Men’s Recovery Program Support Staff Role

Empower individuals at Adult & Teen Challenge as a Support Staff in Thunder Bay's Men’s Recovery Program! This full-time position focuses on client care, structure, and operational support in a ministry-based environment.

In this role, you will be instrumental in providing direct supervision and support to clients striving for recovery. You will maintain a consistent and safe space while promoting their personal growth and engagement in daily routines. Effective communication and teamwork align with our mission to foster an environment of recovery rooted in faith.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee client routines and program adherence

• Assist in organizing activities and transportation

• Engage in fundraising and community events

• Conduct necessary safety checks and documentation

• Provide emotional and spiritual support to clients

Requirements:

• Education in related fields such as social work

• Hands-on experience in addiction recovery is a plus

• Current driver’s license and First Aid Certification

• Good communication and leadership abilities

• Agreement with the faith-based mission of ATCCC
