You will utilize your skills in counselling, case management, and behaviour support to assist children and youth through a trauma-informed framework. Working collaboratively, you will develop individualized support plans focusing on emotional, social, and cultural well-being.

Your role will bridge families with community resources, ensuring that services are integrated effectively and respectfully.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual counselling and support to clients

• Create and implement bespoke support plans

• Develop behaviour intervention strategies for youth

• Facilitate group programming and therapeutic sessions

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for service integration

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in relevant field

• At least two years of experience in similar roles

• Class G Driver’s License and vehicle access required

• Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search

• First Aid/CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain
