The successful candidate will possess a relevant diploma and two years of experience working with children, demonstrating skills in behavior assessment and strong communication. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide effective individual and group counseling

• Develop and deliver tailored behavior management plans

• Teach social skills and life skills to students

• Lead engaging activities in sports, drama, or music

• Offer academic and social support in classroom settings

Requirements:

• Diploma in Child and Youth, Developmental Services, or Social Work

• At least two years of relevant service experience

• Strong literacy and communication abilities

• Experience in functional behavior assessments

• Demonstrated excellent attendance in prior roles
