School Bus Driver - $3,000 Hiring Bonus Offered!

SOUTHLAND is currently seeking dedicated and safety‑minded School Bus Drivers to join our team. This essential role offers job security, a flexible schedule and the chance to make a difference by transporting our children to school safely.

Hiring Bonus — SOUTHLAND is offering a $3,000 hiring bonus for all new School Bus Drivers. The bonus will be paid out in three payments of $1,000 each at 3, 6, and 9 months.

• Monday to Friday – no mandatory nights or weekend work

School Bus Drivers are responsible for safely transporting students to and from school. Successful candidates must be committed to safety and customer service and possess superior oral and written communication skills. Routes fall between 6:30 am‑9:30 am in the morning and 2:00 pm‑6:00 pm in the afternoon.

• Valid Class B driver’s license preferred (training provided to upgrade from a Class G)
• 3‑year driver’s abstract with a safe driving record
• Undergo and pass a Ministry‑prescribed medical examination, drug and alcohol testing, criminal record search, vulnerable sector clearance and reference checks
