This position is for a pick‑up and delivery driver. Compensation is incentive‑based pay with a guaranteed minimum hourly rate. The driver will deliver to and pick up from customers in the area surrounding the Marathon terminal, load and unload the truck, and meet time‑sensitive delivery requirements. Some flexibility in availability will occasionally be required.

• Monday‑Friday position performing local pick‑up and delivery in the service area in a straight truck or tractor‑trailer.
• Start times vary with volume; the driver will help load/unload and operate the truck safely and efficiently.
• The schedule may include Baxter home deliveries and vacation coverage for other tractor positions for local work.
• Communicate delivery issues with dispatch to facilitate assistance.

• Able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Hard‑working, customer‑oriented with good knowledge of the city and service area.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
• Forklift qualified (training provided).
• Comfortable with computers; handheld delivery units will be provided and training will be offered.
• Comfortable with in‑home deliveries to medical patients, including moving freight inside the patient’s home.
• Valid AZ Driver’s License.
• Clean criminal record.
• Provide a clean driver’s abstract.
• TDG/Fork Truck certification (training provided).
• Able to accept change mid‑stream.
• Punctual, reliable, and a team player.
• Previous experience with LTL freight and a drive to succeed.
