Truck Driver

Position: Truck Driver for Manitoulin Transport
Location: Marathon

Experience local driving with Manitoulin Transport as a Truck Driver, focusing on efficient pick-ups and deliveries in the Marathon service area. Safe operation is your priority.

In this role, you will be involved in pick-up and delivery from Monday to Friday, working primarily within the Marathon terminal's vicinity. Your responsibilities include loading and unloading freight, managing time-sensitive deliveries, and sometimes handling in-home delivery to medical patients. Organizational skills and local knowledge are key for this job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct local deliveries using straight trucks or tractor-trailers

• Load and unload cargo with precision

• Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding challenges

• Facilitate in-home medical patient deliveries

• Serve as a flexible resource for other tractor positions

Requirements:

• Valid AZ Driver’s License with a clean abstract

• Must lift more than 50 lbs comfortably

• Forklift qualified and technologically adept

• Relevant LTL freight experience desirable

• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in changing situations
