Hiring Bonus  — SOUTHLAND is offering a $3,000 hiring bonus for all new School Bus Drivers. The bonus will be paid out in three payments of $1,000 each at 3, 6, and 9 months.

Monday to Friday – no mandatory nights or weekend work

Job Description
School Bus Drivers are responsible for safely transporting students to and from school. Successful candidates must be committed to safety and customer service and possess superior oral and written communication skills. Routes fall between 6:30 am‑9:30 am in the morning and 2:00 pm‑6:00 pm in the afternoon.

Requirements

Valid Class B driver’s license preferred (training provided to upgrade from a Class G)

3‑year driver’s abstract with a safe driving record

Undergo and pass a Ministry‑prescribed medical examination, drug and alcohol testing, criminal record search, vulnerable sector clearance and reference checks
