As a Trainmaster, you'll manage daily yard-terminal operations, ensuring adherence to Local Service Operating Plan (LOSP) while promoting a culture of safety. Your leadership will direct train movements, oversee personnel, and maintain compliance with safety standards. You will coach Train & Engine employees and handle operational investigations to ensure effective resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee safe execution of train movements

• Collaborate with partners to enhance operational plans

• Accountable for terminal safety and productivity

• Coach and mentor Train & Engine employees

• Conduct efficiency tests and handle investigations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalency

• Previous railway experience as a conductor

• Valid driver’s license

• 2+ years in supervisory roles in logistics

• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
