  Perfect for students or anyone with daytime commitments, our behavior technician roles offer part-time after-school hours for ideal work-life balance.

• Support individuals with autism in home around Rockville, MD.

• Teach essential daily living skills and social skills using evidence-based ABA techniques.

• Collect and organize data during sessions, contributing to personalized client programs.

• Collaborate in team meetings, trainings, and supervision to continually grow your skills.

• Work closely with your supervising BCBA to implement customized behavior plans that make a real impact.

• Communicate proactively with RBTs, BCBAs, families, and team members to ensure every child’s needs are supported.

• Passionate, compassionate, and excited to work with children with autism.

• Prior experience in childcare, especially with children with disabilities, is a plus.

• Available to attend our 40-hour RBT training course and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.

• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance are essential.

• A great communicator with a collaborative attitude.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Full RBT Training & Certification Support:We cover the full 40-hour RBT course and certification so you’re set up for success.

• Growth Opportunities & Education Reimbursement:We offer tuition reimbursement for master’s programs, making it easier to advance from behavior technician to BCBA.
