Local CDL A Driver

This CDL A Driver position in Thurmont, Maryland pays $30 per hour. You will make local deliveries of building materials to new-home construction sites and return home daily. This Trans Force driving opportunity includes support from the Trans Force team.

This role requires unloading and the ability to handle heavy delivery loads.

• $30 per hour
• Estimated $1500 per week
• Home daily in Thurmont, Maryland

• Operate a day cab with a 48-foot dry van trailer.
• Deliver windows, doors, cabinets, trim, and other building materials to construction sites.
• Unload materials at designated job-site locations with assistance from on-site helpers.
• Communicate delivery ETAs with project managers and dispatch.
• Upload delivery photos for proof of delivery and damage documentation.

• Valid CDL A
• 6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Ability to perform the physical demands of a heavy-load delivery position
