Röchling Automotive is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure maximum uptime, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment

Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and machinery.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
  • Minimize equipment downtime through effective troubleshooting and timely repairs.
  • Assist in developing and executing preventive maintenance plans.
  • Support installation, commissioning, and startup of new equipment and machinery.
  • Maintain equipment, tools, and company assets in safe working condition.
  • Train operators on proper equipment usage and basic maintenance practices.
  • Promote and maintain workplace safety, 6S standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Production, Process, Tooling, and Engineering teams to resolve equipment issues.
  • Complete maintenance documentation and communicate equipment concerns to leadership.
  • Other duties as needed.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or Technical School Certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to read schematics, manuals, and technical documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred
  • Experience in the automotive manufacturing industry preferred.
  • Industrial Automation, Electrical, or Mechatronics training.
  • Experience supporting high-volume production equipment.
