Community Staff Nurse

We are looking for a Community Staff Nurse to join the North Sutherland Integrated Health and Social Care team. You will provide care and support to patients in their own homes across North Sutherland, reporting from the Bettyhill Nurse Base and travelling extensively throughout the area.

• Provide nursing care and support to patients in their homes, following clinical protocols and care plans.
• Coordinate care with the Integrated Team and other health professionals.
• Participate in the on‑call rota for end‑of‑life care as required.
• Work flexibly across a 7‑day rota, with a permanent full‑time commitment of 36 hours per week.

• Current NMC registration.
• Full driving licence and access to a personal vehicle for work duties; a pool car may be available.
• Ability to travel extensively across North Sutherland.

This is a permanent full‑time post at Bettyhill Nurse Base. Flexible hours and discussions about alternative arrangements may be considered for suitable candidates.
