Senior Quality Analyst: APQP & Launch Lead
Lear Corporation in Duncan, SC is seeking an Advanced Quality Analyst II to lead APQP activities, coordinate gate reviews with customers and internal teams, and ensure customer requirements are embedded in the Control Plan.
You will support PFMEA, develop Poka Yoke strategies with Industrial Engineering, monitor Run-at-Rate, manage supplier quality issues, and coach manufacturing staff on APQP requirements to prevent non-conformance.
