Role Overview

This is not a traditional content role. We are seeking a Content Architect to serve as the foundational creative force across a portfolio of high‑growth brands operating at the intersection of healthcare, AI, regenerative medicine, and human performance. This role is designed for a technically strong content creator who is ready to move beyond execution and into leadership. You will work in close partnership with executive leadership to architect, produce, and scale a high‑volume, high‑quality digital content ecosystem.

This is a training and advancement position
, not freelance work. The long‑term objective is to develop a Social Media Manager who will build and lead a creative team.

  • Jock Putney (Personal Brand): Executive thought leadership, leadership philosophy, peak performance
  • WUWTA: AI‑powered patient communication and engagement platform
  • Stemodontics: Global leader in dental stem cell banking and regenerative medicine
  • NUVOLUM: Strategy, innovation, and growth authority for the medical industry
Primary Content Focus

The Pathway to Peak Performance Podcast

A major portion of this role centers on producing behind‑the‑scenes, short‑form, and micro‑content for The Pathway to Peak Performance podcast. You will be present during interviews with world‑class physicians and scientists, elite athletes and performers, and industry leaders and innovators. Your responsibility is to capture the moments that build trust and authority at scale—before, during, and after the microphones are live.

Key Responsibilities Content Production & Output
  • Produce an average of 8 high‑quality content pieces per day
  • Execute a double‑volume production strategy on designated production‑heavy days
  • Allocate approximately:
  • 4 hours per day to the Jock Putney personal brand
  • Remaining time across WUWTA, Stemodontics, and NUVOLUM
Creative & Technical Execution
  • Operate DSLR and mirrorless camera systems at a professional level
  • Edit and deliver content using Adobe Premiere Pro and other AI platforms
  • Assess and optimize lighting, framing, and audio in dynamic environments
  • Create platform‑native content optimized for:
  • Instagram Reels
  • Tik Tok
  • You Tube Shorts
Brand & System Development
  • Maintain visual and storytelling consistency across multiple brands
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to refine formats, workflows, and content systems
Growth Pathways

Phase 1: Master brand voice, production standards, and high‑volume execution

Phase 2: Hire, train, and lead a team of creators to scale production

You will receive direct mentorship from senior media leadership and exposure to executive‑level decision‑making.

Requirements

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or recent graduation from a recognized film, media, or digital arts program (e.g., Academy of Art University, San Francisco State University, or equivalent)
  • Advanced proficiency with:
  • DSLR/mirrorless camera workflows
  • Demonstrated strength in short‑form, platform‑native content
  • Strong visual judgment and attention to detail
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel regionally within the Bay Area
