Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Tiburon Hills Care Center

Location: Tiburon, CA

Pay: $37–$43 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: Full‑Time and Part‑Time Opportunities Available

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and resident conditions
• Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary team members to implement care plans
• Provide direct nursing care and support to residents
• Assist with assessments and care planning processes
• Ensure compliance with state and federal nursing care regulations
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided

• Active California LVN license required
• CPR certification required
• Long‑term care or geriatric nursing experience preferred, but not required
• Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Compassionate, team‑oriented, and resident‑focused
