Registered Nurse

On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) — Tiburon Hills Care Center

Tiburon, CA | Starting at $48/hr

• Starting at $48/hr (DOE)
• Per diem / on-call AM & PM, Weekend and holiday

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with physician orders and facility policies
• Oversee and support LVNs/CNAs; ensure excellent handoffs and documentation
• Perform assessments, wound care, medication administration, and care plan updates
• Respond to urgent resident needs and support admissions as needed
• Collaborate with IDT to promote resident comfort, dignity, and outcomes

• Active California RN license in good standing
• BLS/CPR certification (AHA or equivalent)
• SNF/long-term care or post-acute experience preferred (new-to-SNF RNs with strong clinical skills welcome)
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork under pressure
• Reliability and flexibility to cover short-notice shifts
