This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Tiburon, CA, for a Kitchen Manager at the Tiburon Peninsula Club. The Kitchen Manager will oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and ensuring food quality and safety. Responsibilities include menu planning, managing inventories, supervising kitchen staff, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. Additionally, the Kitchen Manager will collaborate with other departments to support events and elevate the overall dining experience for club members.

• Experience in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining high food quality standards
• Knowledge and expertise in food & beverage operations and culinary management
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
• Understanding of food safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe and sanitary kitchen environment
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage kitchen operations effectively
• Previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant, club, or hospitality setting
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience is a plus
