Sales Associate – Bicycles and E‑Bikes

Job Type: Part‑Time - April to September (weekends and holidays only)

Our Tiburon location specializes in bicycles and e‑bikes, offering a curated selection of Trek models for both enthusiasts and beginners. We take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a passion for outdoor recreation.

We’re looking for an energetic and knowledgeable Sales Associate to join our team at Demo Sport Tiburon. This role is ideal for someone passionate about e‑bikes, mountain bikes, road bikes, and bike repairs, with strong sales skills and a customer‑first attitude. You’ll be responsible for assisting customers, rentals and repairs, maintaining product displays, and sharing your expertise to enhance the shopping experience.

• Assist customers in selecting the right e‑bikes based on their needs and experience level.
• Provide in‑depth product knowledge, including features, benefits, and proper usage.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor.
• Handle transactions, process sales, and assist with order pickups.
• Open and close the store.
• Assist with light maintenance and troubleshooting of bikes to help customers with minor adjustments.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and deliver top‑notch service.

• Experience in retail sales, preferably in outdoor sports.
• Passion for bicycles and e‑bikes, with a willingness to learn about new products and technologies.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 50 lbs.

• $20 an hour, based on experience.
