As the Senior Finance Business Partner (m/f/d) EMEA , you will support the Head of Finance ES&S EMEA by leading EMEA-level reporting, forecasting, and budgeting, while partnering closely with local teams to understand financial drivers, challenge performance, and drive business improvement.
Take ownership of EMEA financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting, delivering accurate, timely and transparent financial statements and management reports with the highest standards of integrity.
Lead and continuously improve the forecasting and budgeting processes, providing insightful analysis, clear recommendations and the bravery to challenge assumptions in support of sound business decisions.
Act as a trusted financial business partner, developing a deep understanding of site operations and collaborating closely with local leadership teams to identify opportunities, address performance gaps and deliver financial targets.
Promote collaboration and respect by providing expert guidance on financial policies, controls and best practices, while supporting a strong culture of compliance, risk awareness and ethical conduct.
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, data quality and reporting efficiency, encouraging a culture of accountability, quality and operational excellence.
Support strategic and value-creating initiatives through advanced financial analysis, modelling and scenario planning, including due diligence activities, and clearly communicating insights, risks and opportunities to stakeholders.
Relevant professional experience of 8–10 years, ideally within a multinational and/or manufacturing environment, with exposure to complex, data-driven organizations.
Strong financial acumen and business insight, with the ability to interpret complex financial data, understand operational drivers and translate insights into clear, value-adding business decisions.
Ownership and accountability, consistently taking responsibility for results, meeting commitments and holding self and others to high performance standards.
Analytical strength and problem-solving capability, comfortable working with high-volume, complex data and distilling key insights, trends and risks.
Collaborative and credible communicator, able to build trustful relationships across functions and sites, communicate financial topics clearly and mentor or support junior colleagues.
Brave, improvement-driven mindset, proactive, resilient and adaptable, with the confidence to challenge the status quo and a genuine ambition to understand the business and drive continuous improvement.
