* Responsibilities
* * Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral diseases.

* Administer appropriate treatments including dental extractions, fillings, and endodontic procedures.

* Educate patients on oral health and preventive care practices.

* Maintain accurate patient records using Open Dental.

* Collaborate with clinical and support team members to ensure high-quality patient care.

* Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and implement best practices in treatment.

* Foster a welcoming atmosphere for patients to enhance their experience.

* Qualifications
* * Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution

* Open to 2026 dental school graduates

* Valid state dental license to practice dentistry in Ohio

* Quality clinical skills with a willingness to grow, learn, and try new things

* Excellent communication skills for effective patient and team member interaction

* Familiarity with Open Dental software is beneficial but not mandatory

* Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development

* * Candidate Profile:
* Fulltime; 4-5 days a week; open to new grads but would prefer someone who can start earlier than summer

* Earning potential:
* A decent producer should be taking home $300-350k per year at 4 days a week, with significant upside for a hard worker who does more advanced procedures like endo and implants and/or willing to do 5 days a week.

* Doctors at practice:
* Candidate would be the second GP dentist. The practice currently has one fulltime GP dentist and group dentist who does oral surgery is at practice 3 days a week.

A general dentist can make $180,000 to $350,000 with this role. Those willing to do endos, implants, and invisalign will be at the higher end of that range. Compensation is based on a % of collections. We have a large patient base that is consistently booked out weeks in advance.
