Blue Jay Dental is seeking an experienced dentist for a thriving private practice in Tiffin, Ohio, known for its exceptional patient care and excellent reputation in the community, as evidenced by its high rating status. The practice has built a busy patient base, averaging over 110 new patients each month.

Tiffin is a charming city and the county seat of Seneca County, located along the Sandusky River, approximately 55 miles southeast of Toledo. The office operates on a fee-for-service and PPO model, without Medicaid or HMOs, ensuring a streamlined approach to patient care. The practice offers a modern facility equipped with state-of-the-art technology including digital x-rays, paperless charting, iTero, and CEREC, and maintains a positive workplace culture with a long-tenured team.

• Provide general and cosmetic dentistry, restorative dentistry, periodontics, oral surgery, full mouth restoration, and wisdom teeth removal to patients.
• Collaborate with a supportive team consisting of 2 to 3 hygienists, 2 to 3 dental assistants, and 2 EFDAs on any given day.
• Contribute to a high-quality patient experience in a busy private practice setting.

Compensation for a full-time, experienced dentist starts at $300K and goes up, based on procedures performed and individual experience. The practice offers a competitive daily guarantee, a percentage of collections, benefits, a retirement plan, and a continuing education stipend to support ongoing professional development. Mentoring opportunities are available, with two skilled dentists available for guidance in advanced procedures.
