General Surgery Locum Opportunity - Tiffin, OH ($2000+ per day)
Job Description:
- Caseload: 95% adult; 5% pediatric
- Lab & X-ray equipment onsite
- Total number of beds: 30, 5 ICU
- Required procedures:
Appendectomy & Cholecystectomy - Preferred procedures: GI Endoscopy (upper and lower), Sigmoidoscopy, Colonoscopy, Ventilation management, & Chest tube insertion,
Requirements:
- PROVIDER MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR SOME/ALL OF SPECIFICALLY LISTED DATES ONLY ( please do not submit providers that do not have availability for the open dates )
- Board Certified
- REQUIRED - Ohio License
- REQUIRED - ACLS, ATLS, BLS
- REQUIRED - DEA
- REQUIRED - NPI - REQUIRED
- COVID Vaccination - REQUIRED, noted at time of name clear
- CLEAN BACKGROUND - REQUIRED FOR TEMP PRIVS
