• Beds: 10 LDRP, 3 Postpartum, 1 Triage
• Physicians in Practice: 2
• CNMs: 5
• Case Mix: % GYN, 1 4 GYN surgeries per day
• C-sections: %
• Nursery Admissions: 2 5 per day
• Newborn Census: 3 4 daily
• Peds Census: 0 1 every 2 months
• Nursery Beds: 12 (Normal Newborn; No Special Care Nursery)
• Credentialing: days; emergency temp privileges possible for clean files with active OH license & DEA
• Providers must be able to perform: C-sections and all OB/GYN-related surgeries

• Board Certified REQUIRED
• Ohio License REQUIRED (IMLC accepted if available for listed dates)
• NRP & ACLS REQUIRED
• Flu Vaccine REQUIRED at time of credentialing
• COVID Vaccine PREFERRED
• Availability for listed dates REQUIRED

• Must be able to perform C-sections and all OB/GYN surgeries
