Mercy Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician or Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) to join our growing outpatient practice in Tiffin, Ohio. This is a rewarding opportunity to be part of a mission-driven organization focused on providing exceptional, patient-centered care to the community.
Opportunity Highlights- Flexible Scheduling
- Outpatient-only practice with no weekend or hospital call requirements
- 36 patient-facing hours per week
- Average 20-24 patients per day
- Supportive, collaborative team environment
- Mix of acute, chronic, and preventive care for a diverse patient panel
- Access to point-of-care testing and urinalysis on site
- Opportunity to resume an established patient panel
- Board-certified/eligible Family Medicine physician (MD or DO) or experienced APC
