Community Development Director – Seneca County Collaborative
The Seneca County Collaborative is seeking a Community Development Director to lead Community Development Block Grant administration for the City of Tiffin and Seneca County and to serve as executive director of the Seneca County Land Bank. Reporting to the president and CEO, the director handles grant development and administration, project implementation, compliance, financial documentation, and coordination with city and county officials, the Land Bank board, and community partners.
Salary: $65,000

Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in grant writing, administration, and compliance. Familiarity with CDBG administration and other public funding programs is strongly preferred; land bank, property redevelopment, or local government experience is helpful. A bachelor's degree in public administration, community development, or a related field is preferred, and equivalent experience will be considered. A valid driver's license and availability for local travel and occasional evening and weekend activities are required.
