Press Operator – (Production Worker) – Tiffin (NIGHTS)

As a Production Operator you will play a vital role in the production, inspection, and packaging of every product that leaves our facility. You will produce retail storage and janitorial products that our customers use every day.

• Days: 5am–5pm
• Nights: 5pm–5am

• Run a safe, clean operation that promotes zero accidents.
• Lift and remove parts from conveyor line.
• Maintain product specifications and packing per customer requests.
• Trim, assemble, and pack parts.
• Supply lines and packing/stage areas with required materials.
• Rotate presses every 2–3 hours.
• Work all scheduled shifts.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned by Management.

Earn up to $22.00 per hour with perfect attendance. Night shift differential: $1.00 (5pm–5am). $500 referral bonus.

All shifts are scheduled on a 2/2/3 cycle: you get a three‑day weekend every other week.

• At least 18 years old.
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
• Able to stand for extended periods, bend, push, pull, and lift up to 40 lbs. and up to 80 lbs. team lift.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Pass pre‑employment drug screen and authorize background check.
