The Outside Sales Representative is the face of Omni Fiber, primarily via residential door‑to‑door selling. You are responsible for increasing the subscriber base through face‑to‑face and in‑home sales presentations. This role is accountable for growing the number of Omni Fiber customers within assigned markets. The position for the Tiffin region will primarily operate within the surrounding communities of Clyde, Ballville Township, Fremont, Green Springs, Tiffin.
Assigned territories are subject to change based on business requirements.
Comprehensive training is provided to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
Responsibilities- Conduct face‑to‑face sales presentations at residential properties to engage homeowners and showcase Omni Fiber’s services.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas by selling Omni Fiber’s internet, voice, and TV services door‑to‑door.
- Build rapport with potential customers, understand their needs, address concerns, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Schedule work hours Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (subject to change due to weather or seasonal adjustments).
- Comply with all company policies, sales guidelines, and ethical practices during sales activities.
- Strong desire to succeed in a quota‑driven sales role.
- Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state‑required auto insurance.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Positive and outgoing demeanor with confidence to approach potential customers and handle rejection professionally.
- Willingness to adapt to changing schedules, locations, and sales strategies.
- Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones.
- Use of a personal vehicle required; mileage reimbursement at IRS rate.
