Typical Day / Responsibilities- Answer phones and greet clients in a friendly, inviting manner.
- Match clients with the appropriate tax professional.
- Schedule appointments according to client preferences.
- Ensure client needs are met during service via in‑person, phone, or virtual interactions.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
- Sales/marketing experience (preferred).
- Experience in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
