Georgia Forestry Commission in Tifton, GA is seeking a Part-time Dispatcher for the midnight shift. You will dispatch wildland firefighting equipment and personnel, handle burn permit requests, and answer information requests.
Training is provided on the morning shift (8:00 AM–4:00 PM) with OJT pay of $13.50/hr, transitioning to $15.50/hr after training. Hours vary 10:00 PM–7:00 AM or 11:00 PM–6:00 AM; 29-hour weekly limit.
