Health Yes Staffing Network is recruiting a Child and Adolescent Psychologist for a permanent outpatient opportunity near Tifton, Georgia.
This role is designed for a psychologist who wants to combine psychological assessment with ongoing clinical care. The position includes a substantial amount of standardized testing, interpretation, and report writing in addition to individual and group therapy with children.
While the clinical location serves both children and adults, an exclusively pediatric practice is available for a qualified psychologist who prefers to focus entirely on children and adolescents. Generalists interested in treating patients across the lifespan are equally encouraged to apply.

- Administer and interpret standardized psychological testing
- Synthesize assessment results, patient history, and clinical observations
- Produce accurate and timely psychological reports
- Provide individual and group therapy
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate progress and modify treatment when clinically appropriate
- Communicate assessment findings to patients, families, and collaborating clinicians
- Work closely with psychiatrists, therapists, case managers, and other clinical staff
- Maintain timely electronic documentation
- Complete billing forms on the same day services are delivered
The workweek will be divided among testing, report preparation, therapy, treatment planning, and clinical collaboration. The precise allocation has not been finalized and may vary according to caseload. The position includes occasional evening or weekend responsibilities, although these are expected to occur VERY infrequently.
Required Background- PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an accredited university
- Licensed Psychologist or psychologist actively pursuing Georgia licensure
- Two to four years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination
- Experience administering psychological assessments and interpreting results
- Demonstrated psychological-report-writing ability
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, documentation, and computer skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary professionals
The reported annual base salary is $130,000–$157,000. A sign-on bonus is included. Loan-repayment support may be available based on eligibility and approval, but neither participation nor a specific award is guaranteed.
