• Base pay: $21.95/hr – $24.77/hr

Responsible for setting up and maintaining production lines, ensuring correct orders, availability of raw materials, and compliance with quality checks and ISO procedures.

• Safety of personnel and equipment; housekeeping; waste control; production reporting; and compliance with quality monitors and documents.
• Pre‑setup and material procurement for orders.
• Communicate shift handover information regarding machines, orders, and equipment status.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and Food Safety Quality (SQF) systems.
• Complete forklift training (written and road test) and maintain safe driving skills.

• Bend, stoop, stand, walk on hard surfaces.
• Lift 50 pounds or more during shift.
• Work all shifts, including 12‑hour rotating shifts and overtime.
• Operate in hot environments.

• Read and understand manufacturing orders.
• Understand machine mechanics and properly set up the machine.
• Complete quality monitors; moderate computer and math skills required.
• Meet or exceed startup/shutdown and waste goals.
• Demonstrate teamwork, positive spirit, and effective communication.
• Follow all work instructions, safety rules, and policies.
• Pass forklift written and driving tests; maintain a clean record.

• High School Graduate or GED.
