Maintenance Technician

Superior Sauce Company is hiring an experienced, hands‑on Maintenance Technician to support our food manufacturing operation and high‑speed sauce production and packaging lines. This role is designed for a skilled technician who can work independently, diagnose equipment issues efficiently, and help keep production safe, reliable, and running with minimal downtime.

• Perform preventive maintenance on fillers, pumps, conveyors, motors, and related production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems.
• Respond promptly to production‑line issues and equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose recurring equipment problems, determine root causes, complete repairs, and recommend corrective actions.
• Read and follow equipment manuals, maintenance procedures, and preventive‑maintenance schedules.
• Support safe work practices and maintain an orderly maintenance environment.

• Several years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience, preferably in a high‑speed production or packaging environment.
• Demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems.
• Working knowledge of electrical controls, sensors, motors, and safe diagnostic practices.
• Ability to read equipment manuals and follow preventive‑maintenance schedules.
• Food manufacturing experience is a plus.

• Works daily with the production team and reports directly to the Manufacturing Engineer.
• This is an individual‑contributor position with no team‑management responsibilities.
