Our franchise organization, M. Slentz, LLC dba Golden Corral, is currently seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team!

The Utility Person / Dishwasher is responsible for various duties that impact the guests’ dining experience. Maintaining cleanliness is crucial, as guests prioritize a clean environment when deciding to return. The role involves ensuring general cleanliness inside and outside the restaurant, with dishwashing being a key component.

• Provide clean, sparkling silverware and dishes to guests.
• Clean the interior of the restaurant to ensure a pleasant, safe environment for guests and staff.
• Clean around the outside of the building and the parking lot.
• Check, clean, and restock restrooms.
• Empty trash into the dumpster and maintain the cleanliness of the dumpster, trash cans, and back dock area.
• Thoroughly clean and organize the utility area.
• Follow the duty roster, ensuring cleanliness, service, and quality standards are met.
• Adhere to local health department regulations.

• Stock cook, line, and server areas with appropriate glasses, silverware, and dishes.
• Maintain organization, speed, and cleanliness.
• Report equipment and facility issues to the manager.

• Understand and follow responsibilities related to just-in-time delivery.
