• Greet customers, run the register, handle cashier duties.
• Make purchase suggestions and assist with food program.
• Maintain store appearance inside and outside.
• Provide fast and friendly service to customers.
• Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Work with an energetic team to accomplish daily goals.

• Ability to sell products to customers.
• Excellent customer care and communication.
• Quick pace while maintaining fun.

• Retail and customer service experience.
• Sales associate or cashier experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Motivation to advance in career.
• Willingness to learn and have fun.

• Ability to stand and/or walk up to 8 hours.
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds for up to 30 minutes per shift.
• Occasionally lift up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Push/pull up to 20 pounds.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to 1 hour per shift.
• Climb ladder to retrieve materials or signs as needed.
