The Store Manager is responsible for supporting merchandising, operational, and human resources functions for a single store to achieve or exceed planned sales and profits. This proactive and vigilant individual will remain highly engaged with customers, demonstrate integrity, and communicate effectively in a dynamic retail environment.

• Recruit, interview, hire, counsel, and terminate staff following legal compliance and internal processes.
• Maintain financial controls including shrink, payroll and other operating expenses.
• Ensure proper inventory controls, facilitate inventory transactions, and maintain compliance standards for shrink control.
• Monitor sales activities to ensure customers receive satisfactory service.
• Direct and supervise employees in sales, inventory-taking, cash reconciliation, and customer services.
• Ensure adherence to Citi Trends policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of retail experience as a Store Manager.
• 5–7 years of total retail experience.

• Schedule:
