• Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers’ needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales by using strong communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
• Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in merchandising and inventory operations.
• Grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers who are interested in products and services.
• Engage with the community outside the store at Verizon-sponsored events to expand the loyal customer base.

We’re hiring immediately. This role offers base pay of $16.00 to $21.00 per hour plus commissions, with potential total earnings of $65,000+ to $73,500+ annually depending on geography, hours, and performance.

You’ll need to have:

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of relevant experience (work or military)
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule provided four weeks in advance)
• Openness to pick up additional shifts, especially during peak periods

Even better if you have:

• Experience in a commission-based environment
• Demonstrated sales experience and customer solutions orientation
• Customer service experience
