Job Responsibilities

• Complete work orders for repairs and maintenance
• Perform plumbing, electrical, and HVAC troubleshooting
• Ensure grounds and common areas are clean and safe
• Prepare apartments for new residents (make-ready tasks)
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests

Qualifications

• Required:
  • Previous apartment maintenance experience
  • Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Preferred:
  • EPA or HVAC certification
  • Familiarity with property management systems
