PositionSummary
The Supervisor, Operations supports daily operational workflows for the Fanatics Collect platform, including intake, authentication coordination, vault operations, and fulfillment. This role provides frontline supervision to ensure accurate, efficient execution of processes and adherence to service-level agreements.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily operations across vaulting, inventory, and fulfillment workflows
- Ensure accurate and timely handling of inbound and outbound collectibles
- Monitor KPIs (accuracy, turnaround time, throughput) and elevate issues as needed
- Assign tasks and provide day-to-day direction to operations staff
- Support onboarding and training to ensure adherence to SOPs
- Identify and resolve routine operational issues; elevate complex challenges
- Coordinate with partners (authentication, logistics, customer experience)
- Support inventory audits and reconciliation activities
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational standards
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, warehouse, or logistics environments
- Prior experience leading or supporting frontline teams
- Familiarity with WMS, ERP, or fulfillment systems
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Good to work in fast-paced, process-driven environments
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Based in a fulfillment or vault facility with occasional evening/weekend support during peak periods. Limited travel may be required.
