Physical Therapist - Hand Therapy at Bridgeport Rehab Clinic - Full-Time, Day Schedule
This PT position is primarily to see hand therapy patients but may also see general orthopedic patients as well. Previous experience with hand therapy and making splints has a great advantage. This 1.0 FTE position could be 4x10s or 5x8s.
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible rehires and external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions of payment.

The Physical Therapist manages and provides skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, considering individual age‑related needs. Requires skills in evaluation, treatment, and professional consultation to maximize patient independence.

Required Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- Master's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- D.P.T. from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- Coursework/Training:
Occasionally a position will require specialized physical therapy training to meet a particular department need. - Upon hire:
Oregon Physical Therapist License. - Upon hire:
National Provider BLS – American Heart Association. - Upon hire:
Physical Therapist License in state of hire and wherever care is delivered.

Pay Range: $47.39 – $73.56 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
