Responsibilities include managing and providing skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, considering individual patient needs, performing evaluations and treatments, and providing professional consultations to maximize patient independence within functional levels.
Schedule – The current schedule is Mon, Tue, Wed and Fri 8:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m. Willing to discuss other scheduling options.

Required Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Master's Degree From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Ph.D. From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program or equivalent education/experience
- Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a department need or equivalent experience

About the Team – Providence Clinical Network (PCN) serves patients across seven states, with over 11,000 providers, 900 clinics, and 30,000 caregivers.

Pay Range: $44.67 - $69.35. The base pay range may be augmented by shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
