• Licensure:
  Active Medical License in Oregon and/or Washington.
• Board Certified.
• BLS Certified (ACLS preferred).
• Willingness to obtain USCIS (Physician) and DOT certifications; company will cover costs.
• 4+ years of clinical experience preferred; motivated providers encouraged to apply.

• OREGON:
  Northeast Portland (97213), Cedar Mill (97229), Tigard (97223), Oregon City (97045), Beaverton (97005), Hillsboro (97123).
• WASHINGTON:
  Vancouver / Camas (98684), Vancouver / Orchards (98662).

• Clinic hours:
  Monday - Friday: 8am - 7pm;
  Saturday - Sunday: 9am - 6pm.
• Full Time, 36-40 hours per week.
• Clinic Managers will collaborate with providers to develop individualized schedules that support provider well‑being and operational efficiency.
