Talent Consultant - HR/Administration/Supply Chain - LHH Recruitment SolutionsHR Assistant
Duration: 2–3 month contract
Pay Rate: $26–$30 per hour
Hours: M-F, Full-Time
About the RoleLHH Recruitment is seeking a detail‑oriented HR Assistant to provide hands‑on support to our client's Human Resources and Recruitment team during a short‑term contract. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about delivering accurate and timely HR services.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with day‑to‑day HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Maintain and update personnel records and HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support recruitment activities by scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications.
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, new hire packets, and compliance forms.
- Help monitor adherence to company policies and employment laws.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support as needed.
- Previous experience in HR or administrative support preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
