* ** recruitmentgon.gov**.(a) Four (4) years of information systems experience in ITSM Systems Administration.
** OR** (b) An Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, OR completion of a two (2) year accredited vocational training program in information technology or related field; AND two (2) years of information systems experience in ITSM Systems Administration.
** OR** (c) A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field may substitute for all of the above.
* Public speaking or presentation experience.
* Technical writing experience.
* Technical process troubleshooting experience.
* Experience in process design and improvement, quality management and organizational change management activities including providing recommendations to leadership or management.
* Ability to provide training and mentorship for processing change and release management.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose and facilitate resolutions for high complexity incidents, problems, and requests.
* Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with senior IT staff and management to develop policies and procedures, and to meet short-term and long-term goals.
* ITIL v3 or v4 training course completion;
Certification preferred.
* ** Preference may be given to candidates with current or previous PERS IT experience.**

* The salary listed is the non-PERS qualifying salary range. If the successful candidate is PERS qualifying, the salary range will reflect the additional 6.95%.
