Corporate Showroom Manager

Job Description

As Corporate Showroom Manager you will oversee operations at our 10 Fixture Gallery locations, coordinate sales and marketing efforts, develop plans and goals, and maintain relationships with customers and vendors. You will work closely with showroom staff, branch and regional managers, and travel throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement plans, goals, and procedures for all locations.
  • Coordinate sales, marketing, and attainment of designated goals.
  • Maintain high level of customer satisfaction and service in wholesale industry.
  • Build new relationships with customers at all levels.
  • Work with showroom staff and branch managers to achieve financial and non‑financial goals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent, and minimum 3 years’ experience in a showroom environment.
  • Ability to develop sales plans and strategies for financial and non‑financial goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including typing 40 WPM.
