• Annual salary range: $60,000 to $80,000 based on experience and certifications

• Potential performance bonus based on company performance

• Full‑time schedule: 4 x 10‑hour shifts, Monday through Thursday

• Frequent overtime opportunities available on Fridays and Saturdays, with occasional Sunday work

• Get hands‑on with projects that shape the Pacific Northwest’s infrastructure

• Perform coatings inspections on painted structural steel members

• Ensure all work meets AASHTO, NACE, and other applicable standards

• Document inspections, maintain traceability, and ensure strict compliance with specs

• Collaborate with painting, fabrication, and quality teams to uphold project integrity

• Contribute to maintaining Fought and Company’s QP3 Certified quality systems

• Work on‑site full‑time at our Tigard, Oregon facility

• 3 - 5 years of coatings inspection experience in a structural steel or industrial environment

• AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) with NACE CIP Level II preferred

• Minimum requirement: AWS CWI or CAWI with NACE CIP Level I

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Familiarity with QP3 environments and coating/paint inspection standards

• Strong documentation, communication, and teamwork skills

• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Tigard, OR
