We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator & Process Specialist to join a manufacturing company in Beaverton. This position offers an opportunity to start as a Machine Operator, learn directly from experienced leads and engineers, and grow into a role focused on identifying defects and improving manufacturing processes.
Duties- Operate and learn to set up various manufacturing machines
- Shadow experienced machine operators, leads, and engineering team members during training
- Learn how machines function and how to identify potential defects or quality issues
- Inspect manufactured parts for accuracy and consistency
- Use geometry, algebra, and trigonometry to perform calculations and solve production problems
- Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Work with the engineering team to troubleshoot issues and improve production efficiency
