Kaiser Permanente Northwest in Oregon is recruiting for the February 2027 cohort of the Nurse Residency Program at Sunnyside and Westside Medical Centers. New graduate nurses with less than 6 months of paid RN experience are encouraged to apply, with active Oregon RN licensure upon hire.
The program combines classroom learning, clinical training, and a 12-month professional development track. During the residency, nurses will be paired with experienced preceptors, rotate to preferred hospitals
