This is a 100% commission‑based role. Income potential is directly tied to performance. Estimated earnings are based on closing 1–2 transactions per month, with significant upside as production grows.
Responsibilities- Training & Skill Development:
Fully commit to our Launch Program, mastering scripts, systems contracts, pricing strategy, and market analysis. - Lead Generation:
Learn and execute our proven prospecting and lead generation models (we teach you exactly how to find business). - Client
Experience:
Shadow senior agents and progress to confidently guiding buyers and sellers through the transaction process. - Negotiation:
Develop strong negotiation skills to achieve optimal outcomes for your clients. - Market Expertise:
Actively study local inventory, pricing trends, and market conditions. - Technology Adoption:
Utilize our CRM and digital tools to manage leads, clients, and transactions efficiently.
Required:
- An active Oregon or Washington Real Estate License OR currently enrolled in real estate school.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Highly Coachable:
Willing to follow proven systems and accept feedback. - Resilient:
Understands that success in sales requires consistency and persistence. - People-Oriented:
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust. - Tech‑Savvy:
Comfortable learning and adapting to new technology and software. - Driven & Entrepreneurial:
