What You’ll Do- Lead Store Operations & Client
Experience:
Deliver an elevated client experience, driving sales and profitability. - Inspire & Develop High‑Performing Teams:
Coach, empower, and grow a diverse team, fostering accountability and exceeding performance goals. - Recruit & Cultivate Top Talent:

Conduct performance appraisals, provide real‑time mentorship, and support each associate’s career journey. - Champion Continuous Learning and Client Satisfaction:
Foster ongoing learning, resolve concerns, and actively drive engagement through loyalty programs and personalized experiences. - Ensure Operational Excellence:
Maintain a visually inspiring store environment and ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and brand guidelines. - Optimize Resources & Drive Growth:
Optimize inventory and staffing, adapt to shifting priorities, and seize growth opportunities.
- Store Manager Experience with a proven record in high‑volume retail or hospitality, leading culture and results.
- Visionary Leadership Skills & Business Acumen:
Recruit, inspire, and develop top talent while delivering outstanding results. - Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal
Skills:
Build trust and clarity within teams and with senior leadership. - Passion for Developing Others:

Location:
7397 Bridgeport Road #C‑104 Tigard, OR 97224.
Availability:
Evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; bend, stretch, stand, and walk the sales floor; work in a fragrance‑filled environment.
The annual base salary range is $76,100.00 – $88,540.00. Compensation includes a competitive 401(k) match, paid time off, health and wellness benefits, and store‑specific rewards.
