Trevor McBride State Farm is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by assisting them with insurance products, policy applications, renewals, and inquiries. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide detailed information about State Farm Insurance products and services to prospective and current customers.
• Assist customers with completing policy applications, renewals, and necessary documentation.
• Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions.
• Actively engage in sales and service activities to meet agency goals.
• Pivot conversations appropriately to address customer needs and present tailored insurance options.
• Present and explain insurance options clearly to help customers make informed decisions.
• Conduct cold calling to generate new prospects and expand the customer base.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and prospects.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Personal Lines License or Property and Casualty License, as well as a Life and Health License.
• Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is a plus.
• Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
